Female Fortitude

Manitoba Underground Opera presents a benefit concert held in support of Ikwe-Widdjiitiwin, an organization whose mission is to support Aboriginal women and children affected by domestic violence. Conducted by MUO general manager Brendan McKeen, the concert will celebrate strong and complicated women characters from the classical operatic repertoire. Enjoy music by Mozart, Puccini, Bellini, and more while learning about the important work done by Ikwe, with all proceeds going directly to the organization.
